Discinplined Blog Day 1
Introduction#
I am going to try to keep this as short as possible. Basically I have been struggling with mental health issues as well as being overweight and quitting smoking. I had extreme anxiety and I have difficulty with focusing cause i dont actually work on things and i spend my time watching movies and scrolling or playing games. I need to get my life together and build something for my future. Today is the first day that i decided to actually do it. I have three main goals till the end of the year and i will document my journey to apply pressure to myself by publicly posting this so that I can be held accountable by the rest of the people.
Goals#
- Quit Smoking
- Loose 4 kilos while mainting muscle mass
- Improve focus by cutting cheap dopamine
- Go out on a date with a girl
- Finish my university courses
- Build my media startup by the end of summer
- Get a job
Blog Project#
To keep things simple and effective, I am going to list the things that i need to get done tomorrow and I will mention the next day what have i done and then continue to mention what i will do the next day. I will also have a scoreboard with words:
Perfect: This means that I have finished successfully all of the tasks that i assigned myself
Very Good: This means that i have only missed one or two tasks
Good: I did half of the tasks
Okay: I did one or two tasks
Bad: I didnt do anything
TODO Tomorrow#
- Go to the gym
- Eat small portions high in protein and fibers, low on carbs
- Research for the media business
- Study Statistics
- Dont scroll or watch youtube
- Only watch a movie at night
- Smoke maximum 5 cigarettes
Review#
Todays rating is blank since i just started. Also today it was a recovery day cause yesterday i got hammered but i loved it. It relaxed me so much and i feel like i needed it. I need to go out more :?
