Disciplined Blog Day 2
Introduction#
The switch from non-productive to productive wasnt a huge shock since I did some minor adjustments and removing doom scrolling in the morning gave me some room to do more boring tasks. I assume this is the effect of cheap dopamine at the start of the day, bombarding your organism and then having little to no energy to do anything less entertaining than watching stuff blow up and a youtuber screaming at your screen for 30 minutes straight. I am really happy about today although it wasn’t exactly perfect but it was a major improvement.

- Study Statistics - Not that focused but I tried for three hours with long breaks

Review of the day#
I can say that the diet is going great, i feel less heavy and i don’t get sleepy after a meal cause i eat smaller portions that keep me energetic throughout the day. The pre workout made me sweat like crazy at the gym but I had an amazing leg day. I was happier without any reason today, either i slept really good yesterday or scrolling in the morning really fucks up with your dopamine levels. I ate about 190g of protein today, lots of salad and little carbs. I did the reserach for my media business first thing in the morning while enjoying a greek yogurt with a protein scoop and some strawberries on top - it felt like a dessert even though it didnt have any sugar at all!!!! After a couple of hours of research I chose to stay home and study Statistics, which I found exhausting even though there were some parts that I actually found interesting. For me studying just to understand concepts without applying them immediately to a project feels useless. I AM GOING TO FORGET ABOUT IT IN A WEEK WHY EVEN BOTHER…. ANW… I smoked a lot cause I kept feeling really bored to the point of reading a sentence and kept reading it for 10 times before actually understanding anything. I’m going to try to eat the frog tomorrow and start with statistics and do the research in the afternoon because the research makes me feel better. I tried to finish the mock exam today but I had to stop for each exercise to learn the terminology and how to perform the correct calculations… Took me about three hours, but i did cover a lot of concepts and learn a lot (i don’t really understand it yet but i will…). Hit the gym, and now after writing my discipline vlog imma watch something to chill and end the day with a banana for magnesium! Wish me luck for tomorrow :) I give today a rating of Very Good!. Let’s keep it this way.
