Introduction#

Like everything in life there is always a trade-off. Apparently even if the coffee has zero sugar it has a specific sweetener called Acesulfame K, which in the long term causes inflammation and weight gain. I really don’t understand why its different from sugar even if it has less calories. SO imma try to switch to normal coffee for a bit and see. Another minor issue is that I didn’t study at all statistics today, I had a lot of meetings with people and I also cut myself cause the @%$&%& knife wasnt sharp enough to cut a potato and it went sideways. The cut is pretty deep BUT it didnt stop me from missing my workout and making killer oven-baked sweet potato chips. Feeling pretty good today and realised that more than a couple of days in isolation at home the focus starts to go down dramatically fast. Also i need to setup a routine that i will always stick to before working so that i can have the deep focus sessions ingraned into my subconcious. For the gym, as an example, I need to take the preworkout, fill in my bottle, prepare my bag and i dont even think about it, it goes automatically and at the same time i feel the energy to go to the gym. I also dont work too much during the day but I still get the feeling that its time to do this activity now. Im going to try tomorrow to make breakfast, take a shower and after the shower imma make a coffee and sit on the pc. It’s going to rain tomorrow all day so i dont think imma go out to study, plus I have a huge ass monitor at home.

Review of the day#

I got so spiked today from coffee that i was constantly moving with high energy and couldn’t sit still for a second, till i cut myself. After that my system just went power saving mode and i could actually focus. I am also way focused while writing this, maybe i developed a habit for this, maybe i just find it interesting, the point is that i sit in front of the desk doing something apart from watching a video on youtube, a movie or doom scrolling and im able to keep being focused. To be honest I don’t find much value in what i am doing right now cause i will never use this information in my life probably but its considered to be educated if you learn how the calculator works even if we have robots and stuff now but don’t get me started… It was raining the whole day but i managed to stay focused in the morning cause yesterday i drunk a red bull before going to the gym late at like 20:00 and i woke up after having nightmares with my heart beating fast and immediately called my brother who was dead in the nightmare and i just wanted a reality check cause i was anxious. Calling my brother in the morning every day is not a sustainable habit and i need to find something else but it worked for today. Rained the whole day and it was like winter or better mid-autumn to not over exaggerate and i didnt go to the bike store. the bike stop making noises tho so that comes also with the rainy weather i guess… I have to admit that socialising and not studying uni bullshit helped me smoke less, i guess it is a torture… I also shared this page with a close friend of mine so L.T. if you are seeing this go do something else and leave my blog post alone! You nosy bastard! Apart from that, the workout went really good, most of the tasks were done so a solid Good is the rating of this day. Let’s keep it this way.
