Introduction#

Making this before going out. I feel like i have pushed myself too hard the last three years with no results to show and that has been dragging me down a lot. I don’t care about uni but i’ll find a way to finish it. The good news are that it’s finally summer. The weather is nice, the sun is up, I am going to Cyprus soon for vacation. Also im excited about going out with the boys tonight. I don’t know what sick fuck made this simulation but it’s driving me nuts. I need to relax, reduce the caffeine intake and get to work on stuff that actually make sense for me.

  • do the morning ritual and then study to create the habit for deep focus work done
  • focus work for tomorrow:
    • reply to the interviews not done still thinking about it
    • create personalised cvs for positions of interest done
    • send 5 cvs semi-done
    • study statistics for at least an hour fail
  • smoke maximum 6 cigarettes done
  • eat small portions high in protein and fibers, low on carbs fail
  • go to the gym (back n bicepts) fail
  • go out (don’t get hammered) done

Review of the day#

I am about to go out so imma write this in a bit of a hurry. Basically i found a bunch of companies that relate to the previous cv that i prepared and i tried to polish it even more cause i already sent it to one company and i didnt hear from them so imma need to make some improvements. I did like the workflow and automations though, they are really helpful. I also had a meeting with maasec today. I think i got really pissed at a friend of mine last few days and i was a bit mean to him today but nothing serious. I am sure he will get over it. Today i ate like 5 bags of beef jurkey or whatever its the correct way to spell it. Also 250g of pre cooked chicken and yeah i kinda overdid it. Morning ritual kinda worked today. I think that I need to do something that i like as soon as I wake up to get my dopamine a bit up, then lower it with studying, cook and get it up, rest, study again and finish the day with a workout. Cigarettes so far were 5 so i did okay today but ill probably smoke more at the club. I didnt go to the gym today cause i felt tired and imma go out and get tipsy, not drunk, in order to have a productive day tomorrow and go to the gym for back and bicepts. I will keep tomorrow as a chill day. Today’s rating: Very Good. Let’s keep it moving.
