Introduction#

Listen up bitches. Today i didn’t do much cause half the day i was at uni doing the project defense and then i came home and did some stuff but i feel pretty confident that its going to get better from now on. I am 99% sure that the dutch cold was fucking up my mentality. The cold winters don’t help much with mental health. Imma spend as much time as i can in Cyprus during the cold hard winters and work from there and come back during exams or whatever.

Review of the day#

My fucking house mate gave me three halloumi and i honestly missed eating that shit so much so i bought protein wraps and some ham or whatever and i made two wraps today. Honestly i did so much shit today i don’t even feel that bad. Tomorrow coffee and i need to get some work done. Anyways i got the studying tool to work so no uni for me i guess, and more focus on making money and developing skills that actually make income. I feel better, not that motivated to work but to experience new things and do stuff that im afraid and normally would feel intimidated. I didn’t have much focus work today but i will try harder tomorrow. I got a new meal plan from claude and i hope that it did its calculations correct but i can double check that, i guess i should. And also include the halloumi thing in the diet till I run out. I should also contact the boe cause Im not failing the whole project. Too much work for no reason. Also i gotta hit arms and shoulders probably tomorrow and then chest and then back. Focus also on abs to be visible. At least once in my life i have to achive this and its gotta be now. I give today a review of Very Good cause im motivated and i should place in some systems to get me going or give me hapiness and dopamine on the days that im feeling blue.
