Introduction#

Pretty chill day, got recovered from the stress a bit and ready to go onwards. Completed almost all of the tasks and need to find more customisable tools to make the shorts or play around more with more soundtracks and sound effects. Apart from that i’d say we doin pretty good.

Scoring TODO’s From Yesterday#

  • dont scroll during the whole day done
  • morning ritual and then go to a cafe to study done
  • focus work for tomorrow:
    • find what gets clips banned and fix for each platform done
    • create snother reel done
    • fix the studying tool pt.2 done
    • clip and post one video in all platforms done
  • smoke maximum 6 cigarettes done
  • eat small portions high in protein and fibers, low on carbs fail
  • go to the gym (chest n tricepts) done

Review of the day#

Pretty good day gang. All is going according to plan. Pretty good gym session today. Also, prepared some of the studying tools today. Tomorrow imma probably be ready for the upcoming exams. I need to send the email tomorrow to the faculty guy, get some stuff from the shop, and check when is the interview from the internship that i got accepted. Imma listen to their terms and see if it works for me, else im just going to decline politely. Workout went pretty great, did a pr of 115kg on bench press. I gotta work on the 110’s to do them in reps so that i can improve and increase my pr in the next month or so. Nothing crazy happened today. I relaxed mostly and ate a whole halloumi cheese which is high in protein and also high in fats. Imma low the fats by a lot for the next few days to balance out the consumption from today. Today’s rating, Very Good. Let’s keep it up boys, one day at a time.
